Come explore ideas to celebrate being a Spring  Goddess, and something to look forward to do  this Spring  , either alone or with  group of Friends.  Here in Paris Idaho the weather slowly warms up here in early Spring, this year our weather been funny  Mother nature has let go of snowy coat, we hope to spring thaw , but from it feel may be a late spring . My two children are eager to play outside , we love to go as family up in the local mountain to explore a pick wild flowers and watch the rain storm come greet our lands melt the snow away. The hillsides and mountain side  usually have beautiful green growing and some of flowers are trying to bloom. We  see beautiful nature of deer ever present roaming the town, playing or nibbling on grass or tree branches.  

I love to  feel and invite the warm sun shine in our home, I open the window on sunny warm to smudge the home, to renew the positive energy home and cleanse the old stagnant air.  thought to share ideas for you to explore on being a spring  Goddess.

We are each made in her loving shape,  beautiful hair, bright eyes and big smile. we come in various skin colors and sizes, each so beautiful and unique. We are smart, funny, sassy and full of wonder.

Mindful Goddess , Being a mindful goddess can ground and center us. This little meditation  exercise , it preferred outside, on sunny day  in park or place of nature. you can do sitting on  grass, sitting in chair or standing. Take off your shoes. Feel the earth beneath you. Gentle rub your feet or hands if you sitting in the grass. Close your eyes.  Feel connect to Mother earth or Gaia. Ask her to take your negative energy, emotions, stress, whatever you must release give to her ,push this energy down into the earth.  See in your mind’s  eye ,  this energy be transmuted to something new and be reborn to positive energy. Ask mother nature or Gaia to bless you and offer some of her loving energy.

Eyes still closed   Raise your head and face to sky and greet the sun, feel the warmth of the sun heat your body. Feel nourished by the sun rays on to your body .

 Listen to sounds of the world around you.  now listen do sounds of day , tune out the modern world or people. Listen to nature sounds do you hear birds? Any little animals?

 Pause for moment take time to find peace within , be still for moment. Take a 3 deep breathes in positive loving light  and slowly release out ,the anything that bothers you . Do you feel the peace come within?  How do you feel ? I know when I do this I feel connected to Gaia and her loving energy.

Now is the time to be Empowered Goddess, be creative and every changing to new awaken body of light. we are each creative goddesses, become awakened  as a Goddess  of  world, you live in.

Become inspired to invite other women or Goddesses in your soul tribe, to join on this journey of spring  Love. Add a little bit of faery Magick help feel inspired for the spring time . Explore your world with eyes of wonder. Or even explore alone is fine too.

  • Goddess Craft party: Plan a light lunch  with  colorful spring  foods, add edible flowers to ice cubes or add to food for decor and celebrate the season,  Print and make printable Goddess  journal that each person contributes something to share with other  add  reference or corresponding pages of lunar cycle, dreaming meaning , number meaning, star meaning, astrology, goddess prayer, coloring pages  etc . paint plant pot and plant magick herbs or flowers.  Find something cute to create handmade, something for everyone to have fun, do spring  time crafts and enjoy the day.

  • Goddess / Faery  High tea party Enjoy each other company with High Tea party, Invite and Honor  the Goddesses within your life to tea party or make it magickal and everyone dress as colorful faeries. Be festive for spring. Look for some loose leaf tea { my 2 favorite loose leaf teas are  Marie Antoinette – Nina’s Paris – hint of roses and apples black tea. Paris tea by Harney and sons both are found on Amazon} enjoy the party with finger sandwiches, baked sweet treats , at my last party a few year back I made Rose flavored brownies and lemon lavender pound cake.   Decorate table with spring themed ideas. Color eggs, bird nest fresh spring flowers. And bonus with loose leaves in pot of tea do a little tea leaf reading with each witch’s cup to see what her future will be for rest of week or year.
  • Gypsy fortune telling party I know not so “Goddess ” but every Goddess worth her salt will love to exchange readings , practice and try new form of divinations; consider  making worksheet and study time to fun to explore and try new divinations. )0( calming anxiety, tips, to help you soothe

Hello  its norma you know Forevrgoddess.
I’ve  combined 2days Into a little topic.
Anxiety and  mental shut downs, it happens to all of us.  Sometimes some of us  trying to handle their day to day life with struggle.

They are not alone, I suffer from anxiety issues to, I would not  be surpise more people have it too.
Our lives now day can be stress ful from trying to best job each day with world drama get involved with it, dealing   with people you meet at work, life in general,  social media post that stress us out, school work, friends even family. We can get overwhelm.
So me of us feel lost and unsure how to “snap out” of it as some people says we should. We cant turn off, the worries

. I grew with my mom always worrying  about people back home to our family and relatives. There can be a few ways to hand it. Talking to friend who is grounded and calm can help,  talking to our partner or spouse, talking to family who is also the same and can uplift and offer support.
Or even better seeing therpaist  theses people it’s their role to help us over cone our fears, insecurities and assure us all will be well.

But sometimes even if we get the support we just shut down try to avoid telling other s even feeling alone in life. We may notice people around d us have moved on with life finding love , better friendships s ,even just moving away. Make us feel alone.
Or were up really late at night worrying  the world is going to come to end, got alot to proceed from the dayb, active mind that wont shut off. and you cant sleep
Here are a couple ideas that can help I do alot of these things

  • write down all your worry on paper,
    If so eating is bothering g write it out on paper,  your thoughts, problems, just spill it all on paper. Make mental to look at it in morning
  • if you have alot of things to do and cant figure what to write a “To do list”, write down what you need to . Then make a a few smaller list what to accomplish for next day, even if its 1 topic. Same before thing about in morning  shut off mind and go to sleep.
    *say evening  prayer to your Goddess,God, Jesus, Angel’s, universe. To help calm your worries and mind and help give better solutions you can work toward with their inspiration. But also ask them to send      Information in morning not bed time. I’ve done this  and get write everything given to me several time s at night over a problems I had.

*consider learning about EFT tapping  techniques . I was taught by a friend it does help . And calms a worried mind.

*talk to yourself with positive affirmations.  “I can handle this”  “I need to calm myself” “this only temporary ” “I need to be kind to myself”

*Remind yourself worrying   will get you no where .Dont let your mind start the snowball effect. If let snowball roll down a hill its get bigger and bigger.  Dont let do that.

*calming lavender bathroom product  soak  in bath tub with essential oil lavender.
“Love beauty  and planet” have  wonderful scented lavender shampoo and conditioner , it help me relax after a stressful day.

*snuggle up with pet, your child or love one who can give hugs Dont forget to hug back.

*do yoga and breathing exercises to calm yourself .

  • listen soothing music,with nature sounds
    *journaling your emotions and thought to  reflect later is good practice.

*what 3 thing are you grateful for today??

Try to remind yourself this will pass, worrying only robs you of sleep and stresses your body. Hopefully these ideas

Today let’s talk about appreciating yourself, many have a hard time loving ourselves.  We forget to love ourselves.  As I always have said were each unique, we  are bless with different qualities. 

Many people have other that uplift them to feel positive and loved. But so.etime we need to first appreciate ourselves. Even when were have our bad days, we feel out of sort. Depressed ,even mad at ourselves .

But remember we each have opportunities to learn a lesson each day.  each day we can be inspire to understand and move forward from the lesson. 

We each possess Free will, we can make our own choice. Some lesson may comeback again if you didnt fully understand or give meaning to lesson answer is. 

But remember universe, God,Goddess, Angels each want to achieve the best possible life. Your never alone when the problem comes, they are always with you. But you must ask them for help, in signs, symbols even with asking in a prayer to help shed light where to be inspired from.

Remember to love and appreciate yourself.
You should be the first to uplift yourself,  give yourself permission to love you.

Witchy Inspired Autumn Self care

A witchy inspired Autumn season  self care

Since the first days of Sept feels magickal, with apples and pumpkins abound everywhere.  I think it’s the perfect time to do Autumn  self-care and smudging to cleanse home, sacred space or people. Removes Negative or  stale energy, Banish and release emotions, illness, and other energy needing to be removed from home or person.

Have your children or you, ring bells throughout the home to dispel negative energy and invite positive. To prepare of coming of the Autumn Equinox, and  Following  Halloween

 I love seeing the Halloween and autumn décor make me feel witchy. Probably time to by me cute witches hat. lol

Sometimes in this world were so busy  ( school, work, family, etc.)we forget to take a lil bit time for ourselves, self care or personal time. Were here  to help  you :  ground, center, recharge, and refocus on  good things in life.

Greet the Day

 Each of us have different paths that keep us busy everyday,  were either rushing to school  or work,  getting kids up ready for day. We might have a little bit of time before we begin  our day begins.  Rise  early greet the sun, give thanks to solar gods/Goddess for blessing a new day, even if you wake to rain it goddess  feeding her green earth to flourish and grow. Look for beauty in any weather.  

Begin your day as usual washing your face , brushing teeth or even a shower.   buy a new  autumn or Halloween coffee mug perfect for the autumn season.

Ways to connect with your inner Witchy Goddess..

•             Create a blessings journal, to write your thoughts of what your grateful for that Goddess and Gods have been you this past year. Even if it’s Warm home, food in fridge and bills paid and family love. Even if it seem little or silly ,it’s ok to do often so days your sad or upset you can look back and be grateful for this world.

•             Get your nails manicured with autumn color to enjoy.

•             Go get a massage, look for local massage schools, they  give massages from student for half the amount. And you’ll feel like a million bucks

  • Find witchy inspired color book, and sit cozy by the fire if possible with cup of tea and enjoy the time for color meditation and allow the stress of the day melt away.

•             Sit in the sun for  mins wear sunscreen if needed, and feel the warmth on the skin feel recharged by the solar element and banish the negativity for the day. Continue your day feeling fluffy and light.

•             To take the moment to reconnect, go to  Safe place, park, woods, sea shore, stream, take your shoes off feel the grass , dirt , sand beneath your feet. Feel the wind in your hair, close your eye hear the calls of natures. Even if your in a big city, find a safe spot and reconnect. Meditate even if it’s 10 mins , breathe in love, harmony, light, exhale negative emotions,       sadness, frustration. Ask for guidance, tell her what you need help with, like Gods,  the Goddess , she our very essence She part of us all.

  • Take time to decorate the home with family, children love to decorate fun and festive ideas. Plus it inspire s your inner goddess to nurture those you love. Print out some coloring pages and hang them on fridge or put in frame and hang on bare wall.
  • Create dishes or finds recipes on Pinterest for autumn favorite comfort foods. perfect time to Feed your Inner Goddess with Good wholesome foods.  Apple cider muffins, beef stew in bread bowls, brownies bites with autumn sprinkles can maybe enticed the  family to feel like fall.
  • Take the family to pumpkin farm or spooky corn maze and have fun. Just simple ways to enjoy this season.
  • If possible go for 20-30 min walk around the block or park if possible for 3 days aweek it great way to help get a little in shape, get your heart pumping, and helps give endorphins make you feel good.  Enjoy the sights and smells of Fall
  • Sit in the Sun for 20 mins, wear sunscreen if needed, feel the warmth of the sun, recharge  feel all the solar power banishing the negative, frustration, sad thoughts. Think on the bright side of life.
  • Look at our boutique: find a new candle, incense or smudge blend to set the mood and feel the positive energy about you. Look at any of your gemstones,   be inspired to learn more about them and their healing energy. Look for any books by Judy Hall   she write “crystal bible” and  more books
  • Buy water bottle with a fruit strainer so you can add chopped fruit of this autumn  season  inside and enjoy them with water . perfect detox and fresh new approach to drinking water.

Dressing for the day – A little bit more about color of the day

Find color of clothing that fit the autumn season which can give you power  to enchant your day don’t forget the matching accessories.  some places hoodies , boots, and jeans are fine esp. in my neck of woods in rural Paris, Idaho. We see the different color leave experience snow from time to time till November. .  Others idea  coloring you hair or nail polish will do.

As you get dressed think to wear the best colors for the day that help color magick and energy: Monday: white, Tuesday: Red, Wednesday: Purple,  Thursday: blue, Friday: Green, Saturday: Black Sunday: yellow.  Though don’t be stuck with list provided, there are many colors of rainbow to wear and enchant the color of clothing. There are much to learn about color magick and how to apply it to your life and magickal side. If you have gemstones pendants wear them to compliment the outfit or as for specific need at the moment or extra protection from city life or daily errands you might encounter issues arise. ( citrine- uplifting, rose quartz –love, amethyst – inner peace, etc.) 

Colors of autumn meanings

BROWN: Attract money and financial success, influence earth elementals, concentration, balance, ESP, intuition, study, familiar’s.

RED: Health, energy, strength,action,  sexual potency, courage, willpower, to conquer fear or laziness, lust, passion.

YELLOW: Intellect, imagination, power of the mind, creativity, confidence, gentle persuasion, action, attraction, concentration, inspiration, sudden changes.

ORANGE :Encouragement, power of attraction, adaptability, stimulation, attraction, sudden changes, control, power, to draw good things, change luck.

GREEN:  Abundance, fertility, good fortune, generosity, money, wealth, success, renewal, marriage, balance.

Going out into the world     As you go outside to work, errands school , etc.  Take a moment to ground and center again, focus and  visualize blue light a shield protecting you as you go into the world. To keep negative energy  and negative feels, and negative people.

Try think and of wonder of the day, there are many blessings to see happening all around us.   Be grateful for simple things , say thank you if someone hold the door for you, or gives you a seat on bus or subway..

Autumn season  is to , Time to reflect this time of year what Autumn means  to you, the balance of day and night finding balance within one’s life ( work, family, school, children, etc) and what goals you want to set for this month September or October – go to pumpkin farm, drink cider with friends and family , share sweet goodies, Collect Apples, Do some Autumn crafts with Family and Friends ( look on Pinterest.com for idea) Go to Fall Festival,  Enjoy the fruits and favorite foods we enjoy this time of year, did someone say “pumpkin spice Mocha …” Nothing to big , just Go  enjoy the Beauty of Autumn  .

Hello, Autumn blessings of love and abundance,  I hope your having a good day

There been a lot of negative news on social media, I’ve seen , some effects really bad of world in such chaos. And many people suffering in one way or another.  I’m trying to limit the amount  social media as much as can . Taking time to do some self work and study online. Help further my reading services I want to offer.

 I want to connect with positive like minded people, who are kind, loving people. And offer help to those who need support, in time of need with spiritual guidance.

Right now you may feeling  a lot of energies, moon enegry ,even retro grading planets,  or sensory overload .you may need to take a step back for even just a moment.

From all the negative you may see on social media , around town, or in your home. This  quarantine        part still hard for many of us. As your valley or state allowed to be open again , the influx of people this summer has been crazy. I’ve can’t count how many out of stater were here.   Be cautious where you go, be safe even spiritual protected. Being spiritually protected is necessary, being an empath you feel all types of emotions and energies.

  Before I go into in any supermarket or shopping place. I take a couple deep breathes in and out and center myself. I ask my Goddess, Go, Angels even elemental to create a circle of protection around me. Keep me protected from any spirits within the stores, or even negative energies. Being empath and clairvoyant I see thing differently than others.

 I see spirits that join a love one shopping exp.  you may see a grandma walking behind their child while they shop .  but they aren’t there if pass by a moment later. Another we have older woman in hover around. She older and heavy set. She glares at you when you approach in her area, but she turns a sweet smile to people in deli. I see the dark entity attached to her. I feel sad I could say something or offer help but many people in my valley aren’t open to my type of services. So I say silent prayer she’d be well.

If you feel disconnected, or feel as though you can’t settle down for night or day. maybe taking some time for self care.

During the day, you can go outside, go sit in grass in your yard or at park . Feel the grass under your feet, sit down maybe cross legged. Take your hand and touch the ground. Feel cool earth. Imagine your hands turn in roots of like tree going down into the earth. Give mother earth your negativity, sorrow, anger. All emotions you need to remove from body mind and soul.

When done thank mother earth for taking negative energy from you. Ask her in your mind to give you loving , harmonious, positive energy. To fill your heart and soul.  Feel her loving energy come up the roots of hand charging your energy system. See how you feel uplifting , loving warm energy.

If you do this during the day welcome warm sun on your face. Feel how warmth of the sun surrounding in its light and moments of joy and love filling you up.

 During the night,   do under the light of the moon.as she goes thru her different lunar phases.  Its ok too feel the breeze that gentle blows at night. Look at the star and marvel how of a blessings to see such a beautiful sight. Feel the love of moon shine down her energy of peace and comfort. Once done give thanks and go to bed.

Hello sometimes in life you get into a flunk and need a new breath of air or enegry to raise your personal enegry. Also called raising your vibration.

With that in mind bringing in more positive enegry and vibration in life help create blessings enegry change your eviroment enegry. there are things that can drain you sometimes being online seeing alot of negative media , negative social media, home filled with tension or stress, being around toxic people. Or worse psyhic vampire whom can drain you enegry making you feel flat and drained.

We each need to make effort to cleanse your auras to help raise vibrations . Cleanse yourself with healing crystal and gemstones. Even if you meditate for 10-15 mins , you can have your headphone and listen to pandora for at 4 song the make you feel good feel white light surrounding you and thru you .

Smudge yourself with Palo Santo ,White sage, lavendar, create essential oil blend and use it throughtout the day.
Go sit outside if weather permits, sit morning sun see the sounds of morning around you or evening rising moon. And gaze at the stars.if you take time to notice all the life around feel the positive enegry within.

Find meaningful positive affirmations “This morning im Blessed by (Goddess, God,Universe, etc) all is well” ” I am one with universe, and universe talks to me” “Smile I am Loved”

Say prayer or Blessings for your day ,ask that and guidance, inspiration and maybe a lil wealth be sprinkle throughout your day. Dont forget to give thanks when divine blessings happen. Look books to help inspire your spirituality .

Self care when need it most

Self care for all of us is important as woman or even as man. Our lives have changed so much this year. With everything changing for autumn season. We need to take a step back , as our kids go back school, summer break over going back to work or going to school. Take time for yourself. Remember you canttake care of anyone else if you dont take care of you. Its not walking away from everyone or all responsiblity. Just take some me time. Start with just enjoying your coffee in morning, meditate whatcneed to be done for day. Say prayer or blessing to have good day. Ask maybe for guidiance for certain situation or in general. Find some thing nutritious to eat. That healthy and good. If you need to go some closeby consider walking remember 20 mins of walking kicks in the endorphins to make you feel good. Give snuggles from love ones and pets then go on your day . At the end of the day. Tell your family you love them give hugs as you all go to bed . Give thanks for what blessings you had or any insight was given.. well talk more on self care ok ? Smile your loved. Be love Be light-n
